DISC® Profile tools for leadership development
The DISC Profile® Leadership Report
The DISC® Profile groups behaviours into four basic types: dominance, influence, steadiness, and conscientiousness. While everyone has a combination of natural and adapted behavioural patterns that makes them unique, people tend to identify more with certain behaviours than others.
By identifying your behavioural tendencies, the DISC® Profile for Leaders will help you to become more self-aware of your natural strengths and opportunities for development. It will help you answer questions such as "Why don't I like my staff?" and give you practical ways to improve your relationships. The detailed report also provides a personalised analysis of you can motivate and manage people with different behavioural styles most effectively.
DISC Profile® behavioural styles
- The DISC Profile® is for observing and analysing behaviour; it does not measure intelligence, knowledge or skills.
- It does not classify people as "good" or "bad".
- None of the behavioural styles is better or worse.
